The Barelas Public Market is a food, retail, arts, and culture business incubator located on the corner of 4th Street and Coal Avenue at the intersection of the Downtown and Barelas neighborhoods. The incubator is located in the brand-new development, Zocalo Lofts, and will stimulate economic growth and promote community development in Barelas and surrounding area by providing small, clustered, food-hall/market style, storefronts and services for small businesses.
